Crisp & Green, owned by Steele Brands, has entered the Illinois market, opening at 899 N. Milwaukee Ave., in Vernon Hills and marking the brand’s entry into 11 states. Seven additional restaurants will open in the greater Chicago area as part of a development agreement with area residents Clark and Gina Koertner of CGIA Operations LLC.

Founded in Minnesota in 2016, Crisp & Green has nearly 40 locations.
