The Wayback, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is now welcoming guests to Pigeon Forge, TN.
“The Wayback offers a singular, bespoke vacation experience in Pigeon Forge and East Tennessee—the likes that have never been seen in this region before,” said Mahavir Patel, CEO, Aatmos, the hotel’s developer. “People flock to Pigeon Forge in search of a good time, and that is precisely what The Wayback offers—a lively, playful environment presented in an effortlessly laid-back way. We look forward to welcoming back long-time visitors and are also excited to invite new faces to our spirited oasis.”
The hotel features a hospitality experience inspired by a relaxed and casual lifestyle of yesteryear and an always-sunny take on a mountain getaway, according to the developers. Inspired by the retro roadside motels and mid-century modern architecture of Palm Springs desert paradise, The Wayback surrounds guests with bright colors, funky artwork and an active poolside scene.
Designed with a social and extroverted layout in mind, the lobby, pool area and restaurant are all adorned with large seating areas and bold color patterns that create a fun and playful spirit, according to developers. The hotel is designed to attract an energetic clientele and offer a space for adults who appreciate design, poolside activities and food and beverage.
Serving as the antithesis to the exciting and electric public spaces, The Wayback’s guestrooms offer a “peaceful” ambiance through muted palettes, streamlined furniture, rounded edges and soft hues.
