Located in the heart of Miami Beach at 4041 Collins Ave, The Confidante has provided elegant accommodations, unparalleled activations, world-class mixology, elevated dining options and live music since its opening in 2016. Based on increased demand for suites, The Confidante has added 21 new suites, including the 575 square foot Vista Balcony Suite, complete with a separate sitting area featuring vibrant mid-century modern decor, retro bar cart and balcony with partial ocean views; the 570 square foot Ocean View Balcony Suite, with a fully furnished balcony and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean; and the 625 square foot Miami Suite, featuring separate living quarters, Magic City skyline views, and a walk in shower with freestanding bathtub.
Designed with the intention to feel like your own personal sanctuary, The Confidante’s premier suites e vokes sophistication while still being warm, welcoming and approachable in the middle of mid-beach. The renovation unpacked the residential dream by marrying beach house-style millwork, and an airy neutral palette with geometric-patterned rugs, hard surfaced flooring and accents of coral, teal and metallic gold, creating an idyllic transitional oasis where guests go from sleep haven to a mid-century living room set for entertaining. With Canada-based designer James McIntyre leading the design of the newly renovated suites, this marks the first renovation of the iconic hotel rooms since 2016.
The newly introduced guest suites at The Confidante reinvigorates the custom-designed spaces, adding to the luxurious feel and vibrant character of the oceanfront hotel while maintaining references to the property’s 1950’s glitz and glam look and feel. In addition, redesigned bathroom layouts, new fixtures and finishes enhance guests’ experiences as they relax into a sleek luxury that is normally uncommon in historic hotels.
