Kavanaugh comes to Swig with more than 12 years of HR experience at companies of all sizes and stages ranging from startup to public. Most recently, she was Head of People at Narvar, and prior to that she was Director of People at Entrata.

Kavanaugh’s strong operational experience and leadership development are built for growth. Her skillset will be imperative as Swig plans to add 25 corporate and 40 franchise stores this year alone. After 13 years of building stores on a corporate level, Swig announced multi-unit franchising in 2023 and has already solidified 500 units.
