Rock N’ Roll Sushi, the fast-casual sushi brand that fuses bold American-style sushi with a rock-inspired vibe, is expanding into Austin through a new area development agreement led by local franchisees May Chen and Mason Ho. The mother-son duo will introduce the brand’s signature “sushi amplified” experience to Central Texas, beginning with locations in Georgetown and Leander.
