If the kitchen is particularly busy, the system will factor this into the quote time. Conversely, if the kitchen isn’t swamped, the ready quote time will be shorter. This dynamic, real-time adjustment ensures customers get an accurate estimate of when their meal will be ready for pick-up or delivery.
