Renowned ramen restaurant puts a tasty spin on classic dishes, available for a limited time
JINYA Ramen Bar is ushering in the season of renewal with the launch of two deliciously tailored Chef’s Specials. Available from March 1 through May 31, these new dishes offer a fresh fusion of flavors.
Created by Vice President and Executive Corporate Chef Kazuya Takebe, these seasonal Chef’s Specials showcase classic ingredients with a twist. Chef Kazu’s specialty creations include:
- Birria Ramen – A bold fusion of Mexican and Japanese cuisine, the Birria Ramen combines spiced beef and chicken broth with slow-cooked birria beef. Topped with red onion, green onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime, this dish brings a unique twist to the traditional ramen bowl.
- Chicken Salad – For a lighter option, the Chicken Salad features tender and juicy chicken breast paired with diced red onion and cucumber, all dressed in a creamy sauce. Served with crispy wonton chips for an added crunch, this dish balances freshness and flavor.
“We’ve been eagerly anticipating the introduction of our spring Chef’s Specials,” said Tomo Takahashi, CEO and Founder of JINYA. “These dishes put a fresh spin on vibrant ingredients and bold flavors, and we can’t wait for our guests to experience them.”
At JINYA, ramen is more than a meal — it’s an experience. Guests can savor slow-simmered, thick, flavorful broths perfectly paired with handcrafted noodles. Toppings like tender pork chashu, shrimp wonton and seasoned eggs add depth to every bowl, while small plates and craft beer selections complete the dining experience. With a commitment to authentic flavors and quality ingredients, JINYA brings an elevated take on traditional ramen. JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is at the heart of every dish.
