JINYA Ramen Bar to Open New Restaurant in The Parks at Walter Reed

Acclaimed Japanese ramen restaurant celebrating new location by giving guests a chance at FREE ramen on October 16

JINYA Ramen Bar to Open New Restaurant in The Parks at Walter ReedReal ramen culture continues to make its way across the nation’s capital with a new JINYA Ramen Bar to open on October 16 for the brand’s second restaurant in Washington D.C. and sixth across the DMV area.

Located at 1155 Dahlia St. in the rapidly growing The Parks at Walter Reed, the popular Japanese ramen restaurant positions itself as a focal point in one of D.C.’s most vibrant and fastest growing areas. With unparalleled access to dining, shopping and green space, The Parks at Walter Reed will now boast JINYA’s signature bold noodles that are served in thick, rich broth – the perfect meal for a day spent in The District.

Grand opening festivities begin at 11 a.m. with JINYA giving out FREE ramen to the first 50 guests in line upon opening for lunch and again at 5 p.m. for dinner.

“Washington D.C. and the surrounding area has been so great to JINYA over the years, so adding another new restaurant to the mix was a no-brainer,” said Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “The Parks at Walter Reed already offers so much to both locals and tourists, but we saw that it was missing something – real ramen culture. We can’t wait to see everyone come out on opening day and show them what that’s all about.”

The new JINYA at The Parks at Walter Reed – the brand’s 57th restaurant systemwide – will serve guests from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily.

At JINYA, experience ramen like it is meant to be – with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with flavorful noodles. Discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chashu to shrimp wonton. Then, elevate the experience further by pairing it with tapas or a craft beer. JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business.
