In her role, Mira will lead Eggs Up Grill’s field support team, the Brand’s training function and its flagship restaurant in Spartanburg, S.C. The new appointment comes as Eggs Up Grill continues to build out its best-in-class franchise support capabilities during a record-breaking year for the business. Eggs Up Grill is on track to open more than 30 new locations through year-end 2024 and has a development pipeline of 150 additional restaurants committed to open.
