US-based drive-through restaurant chain Checkers and Rally’s is set to open a new location in Peoria, Arizona, as part of its ongoing expansion strategy, QSR has reported.
The move marks the brand’s continued growth, with nine existing locations and more planned before the end of 2024.
The Peoria outlet will be the fourth establishment for business partners Dan Leung and Fred Bux.
Dan Leung, owner of Red Point Development, has a background in real estate investment, which he has integrated with his passion for the foodservice industry.
Fred Bux, the director of operations, brings experience from the restaurant and quick-service food sector.
Leung said: “We are very excited about bringing the brand to Peoria and expanding its presence into more areas in Arizona.
